fluid rendering never works

i set up a scene with a fluid, and a domain, i put all the settings on pretty low, as in bad quality, and every time i try to bake the fluid settings or whatever, it starts for a sec then says "failed to initialize msg ok" what should i do? i've tried in 2.41 and 2.40 and 2.37a it never works :confused: :mad:

Can you post the .blend file? That way we can see if the problem is with the model or your machine.
