I used 16 samples and its still full of noise. How to get noiseless AO?

Noiseless AO does not exist as AO is a product of noise however there is a way to reduce noise.

The way I would generally go about it is to render my picture/animation 2-4 times as large as I want the final image. You can then sample the picture down and it should help to reduce noise. Using this method you can also turn down the OSA to decrease rendering times as scaling an image down effectively anti-aliases edges.
