material libraries

would it be worth making a sticky and linking all known material libraries in it? i'm sure i'm not the only one who seems to spend ages hunting these and a one stop shop to find these would save every one a lot of time and hassle surely?

We were http://blendercommunity.deviantart.com/ planning to make a libriary of materials in the summer hollidays, would it be possible to use the lib stated above do you think and incorpricate. (we would say where it came from)
