Can somebody please offer some assistance.

I have produced a file which has basic movement around an interior scene and have also applied a texture to the floor. I am trying to apply more textures and use lighting within the scene but they appear not to be working.

I would also like to use some further elements to add detail - VRML models perhaps, is this possible?

For more information and a link to the .blend file please click here (http://blenderartists.org/forum/showthread.php?p=618903#post618903).

The attached image demonstrates that I now have light relecting from the floor but why is everything else black? Please help!!

Many thanks,

Andrew.

Are the lights in the same layer as the objects that they are lighting.

in UV Face Select mode with the walls selected, go to mesh buttons and look for the one marked "Light".

Turn it on then hit A-key to select all faces and hit the button below it that says something like copy draw mode to selected faces.

That helped. Getting somewhere now, very slowly...
