T-rex Rigging?

Another noob here,

I found a dino model I’m interested in buying, but I need to know if I can rig it with the modeling done in blender?:

And if I can, how :D?

Thanks

Edit: the model does have a .blend format

It’s already rigged…

like i said im a “noob”!

i have the model and i need to figure how to animate it,
how do you move the rig with the dino parts moving at the same time?
and i have the texture and bump map image, how do i render the texture on the t-rex?

thanks

ok i think i got the rigging down, but, there are vertices that seem to stick in space when i rotate a “bone”.

EDIT: here is the problem

Are you sure they’re weightpainted? turn on “dispaly in edit mode” at the armature modifier, go to weight paint mode ant try painting them a bit…

Add: Put a bit of weght gradient between the neck and the chest, it’s a bit strange down there.

Thanks again!
the person i bought it from obviously didnt do a good job on the weight paint or rig, cause im redoing it to have complete control on the t rex.

The last thing i need to find out how to do is texture him. he has a bump map and a skin map,
does anyone have an idea how to do it with these maps?:

The maps are image UV textures that should be mapped to the right param. Make a image texture for each map, then map theese textures to color, bump, etc. Make sure you input UV coords. And a note: the UV unwrapping doesn’t seem really ideal, you could reunwrap it to get better results in some areas. The person you bought it from seemed to make things a lot easier for himself. The unwrap is made to match an image, without much work. You could make your own better texture to match a better unwrap, but it would take pretty much work. If you need fun for long winter evenings, this is a solution.
