Saw the site and the demo. It’s really impressive . … and for $5 I can download the whole file. You have put plenty of work into this, well unfortunately I will not be passing my hard earned $5 to you . . . just yet, even though I’d give an arm and a leg for your spec, diffuse and so on settings that I will now have to figure out my own way.
But yeah . . . it’s not biggies as you have given me an idea as to how to try to make my own monies over the 'net.

This is legally made…sorry if you let everybody drive your mind…a MODERATOR should know more and have their own decisions. You may banned me…fake IP’s addresses are easy to generate in just one script. I can sign up again and again with multiple accounts…so your behavior as a moderator should be banned…you are just a marionette driven by the frustrated comments of some members
Maybe you could just elobrate your point of view and tell of those laws you’re using. Maybe that would get people off your back. You explaining your points would be much smarter than just name calling.
well my friend this is not new at all. At the beginning I kindly tried to explain some of the agreement for some characters as HULK…even you can go to:

The problem is as I said in Forums, people read mostly a few comments above you, in the long term the story begins with anger from the members…nothing I can do about it. Comments come with irony…even the moderator OTTO has no clue… he also repeats what a few people said without even asking for arguments…this is the best example.

Well can you see that there are exceptions and rules applicable to the interest of each business? That is good you have posted it. For my business which is software development mainly I have my exception as well. What bother you is you want a Copy of it right? Well you must pay to your lawyer if you need and applicable and legal clause to exempt you from trouble of whatever business you have in mind…get it? Everyone as Turbosquid watch their ass right? Wow, I seriously think you need to get some help,man. If you really believe that you can get around the law for the protection of creative property, there is something seriously wrong with you here.
Waylow obtained his information from a verifiable place and with a reiteration of it in a sensible form.It is just your arrogance and ignorance that is preventing you from comprehending the pure logic behind these things. 1st, if you sell someone else's idea without their permission, in this case , the Hulk, they have the right to sue you for up to 2 million dollars and/or you will serve 2 years in jail. 2nd, if they get a lawyer they will get one more than you can afford, so you'll lose even with a lawyer. 3rd, it isn't worth it, your model is subpar and no one is willing to pay 5 bucks for it, thus it really isn't worth defending it.
