Cycles Bounce Light and Mask Layers

I’ve been playing around with Layers and Mask Layers to test out my usual render workflow and have noticed that when using Mask Layers to matte an object out of the render, Cycles does not render the bounce light that would normally come off of the holdout object. This is odd because it does render occlusion from the holdout object. It should render both occlusion AND bounce light. This is a pretty big issue. How do I submit a Cycles request/bug?

Sorry for the dark images but I wanted to verify that shadows are being cast from the holdout (Mask Layer) which they are.
