Here is the theme I use: Licorice
It made me think of candy-colored filled liquorice for some reason.
It’s a personal recreation of a theme on one of the first screenshot examples in the UI proposal doc. LINK
The main flat grey coloring and Blue selections were based on the screens. Mesh editing, UV editing, Clip, Sequence, Scripting and Console are based on my own color preferences.
Feel free modify for your own theme ideas.

Made quite a few modifications today pretty much all over the theme, mainly fine-tuning.
