I don’t know about the hair. I would style the hair with only a handful of hair particles, using particle edit, then give them simple children with some clump value. kinda like this. Make the hairs MUCH thinner, and children much more numerous.
I’m assuming he’s going to be super sayian or else he woudln’t be much different from a normal human.
