I’m working on a gun model. Any critics and suggestion are warmly welcome!
I have a suggestion, make it as photo-realistic as possible.
Smooth and nice modeling by the way. The gun material is good.

What sort of map are you using for the subtle bumps in the model? Is it a normal map or a bump?
Thanks James! I’ve been working on it since this week-end (but I don’t spend all my time on it ^^). I’ve finally used a simple bump map created from the texture. I’ve tried first a normal map but the result was no as good…

Looks very good, especially the texturing. Not up on my guns:eek: but the handle width looks too square, thought they were rounded abit to fit in palm.
