Nicely done in materials, lighting & overall camera view choice. However, from an Art Director’s standpoint, the tangents created at the point where the dendrites emerge from the myelin sheath and cross over the neuron loop just behind it, weakens the composition somewhat.

Thanks, there was something bugging me about the centre of the image, I will try and adjust the path of the axon so it doesn’t cross.
