Hi there Blender Artists,

I’m looking to find a 3D modeller to model architectural projects from AutoCAD plans.

At this time I’m looking for a 3d modeller to model a project from AutoCAD plans (.PDF’s), to un-wrap the model with tidy UV’s, apply basic (non-textured) materials to objects & provide me with the .blend file. The model needs to be clean, to scale and every element/material clearly named in the file.

This is an EXTERNAL render project, so please provide me with relevant works to have a look at and I’ll be in touch ASAP.

I need a quote & time-frame for modelling a commercial/residential external project.
