Problem with UDK and normal map

Hi,

I’m trying to import my mesh and textures from Blender to UDK and i have a problem.

On Blender, my low poly mesh and his normal map are good:


With UDK i got that:


I tried to bake it with some parts flat or smooth or with Cycles, tried a lot of settings on UDK, invert the green channel of the normal map, bake with Xnormal, but i have always the same problem.

Face smoothing in that interior area is messing up, and it’s getting transferred into the normal map. Try changing the flat areas to flat shading.

I solved the problem. I invert the green channel directly from UDK and use a flat part on my mesh:
