Not long. Quicken the process by posting regular human comments and the mods will eventually flag your account to full user rights.
Noob posts have to be manually approved by the mods. Mods aren’t paid, so they’re on when they’re on. It’s frustrating, but I think it stops after ten posts.
Once you have 10 approved posts, any new post you make will appear immediately.
