In need of modeler(s) for a racing game

This is my first time on this forum, and my first time reaching out to a community I am not familiar with, so I will try and keep everything as straightforward as possible.

As title says, I am in need of a modeler. Specifically, a modeler that is willing to create maps for a racing game(http://i.xomf.com/ssqgj.png).
The racing game is called Autoworld.

People already in the project (As referred to by the usernames I know them by)
Modeler for the cars and such: Filipe
Past work of Filipe (Done in the game “Blockland”):

Scripter for the main game: McJob (No sources to cite)
Backup Scripters: Blobo and Chrisbot6

Composer for music… for the game: A.P.X.

Timeline: None as far as I know
What will the maps be used for: Quite obviously, the maps will be put into the game…
“Help us BELIEVE in you”:
Qualifications: Filipe excels in car models(As shown by the above links), and being this is a racing game, it sure does help. McJob(Although I cannot cite anything) has superb coding experience, as well as Chrisbot(as shown by links) and Blobo.
How long have you been working on this: Not exactly sure, but I will be sure to find out soon.
How much time will you personally commit: I, along with the other 3 in the project, will commit whatever time I have to help the project progress.
How do we know you will not quit: Filipe and I have ran into a few problems with scripters dropping out, but that has not and will not stop us from continuing this project. Creating a racing game is Filipe’s dream, so if literally every person but him and I drop out, I will work to replace all that dropped out. There was a main scripter before McJob, Chrisbot6, and Blobo joined the project, and he had to ditch the project because of college reasons. Instead of grieving about the loss, I got right to work on finding a new scripter, along with a few backups.

Skills and Commitment:
Things that can help demonstrate your talent and commitment: Has already been stated above.
Demo reel / Anything you have done: http://autoworldgame.tumblr.com/
Concept picture of the map: http://i.xomf.com/ssqgj.png

How much do we value you:
Recognition / Credit: You, along with everybody else participating in the development of the project, will be credited with everybody else.
Profit Share: Depending on the outcome of the future, and your input into the project, profits will be shared from a soon to come Kickstarter project, and any sales that may come from steam (far in the future)
Skilled professional on team: I would not say that we are particularly professionals, but most definitely skilled in our abilities.

Business plan:
Filipe will create a kickstarter project when there is more to present on the project. I cannot find the link right now, but there was a kickstarter for a racing game much simpler than this one, that gained $57k~, so if our project goes anything like that, pay will be fairly high. That said, if the game gaines enough awareness, it can get greenlit on steam, and we can go from there. But “when there is more to present” can depend on us getting a modeler.

Also, if you would like to talk to me or FIlipe directly, my steam is. DragonoidSlayer
Filipe’s is Filipe1020

Bump… Please don’t die

Usually whenever somebody tells the topic to not die, it is pretty much dead at this point. If you really want to attract other people to your project, you need to keep posting. You have to make this project seem lively and ongoing. Posting multiple continuous updates along with pictures of what you have done so far will be much more likely to draw people in rather than a single post. People want to see plenty of progress so that if they do decide to join, they know that the project won’t fall apart a couple days later. It would also help to have a higher post count on the forums so that people feel like that you’re an active contributor who is interested in the other people in this forum rather than the kind of person who makes a few posts then suddenly disappears without warning, but is not entirely required.

If you’re needing what I think you’re needing in regards to tracks, it’s pretty (almost stupidly) easy to do it with arrays and paths in Blender. You setup a plane and array it to a path and have it follow the path with a curve modifier. Any path will give you curved changes in elevation and direction. I prefer Beziers, they give more control and also have CTRL-T for tilt (bank) and Alt-S for width on the control points. After applying those modifiers, you should have a roadway mesh object that can be exported to other software.

If you have a simple .blend file available with reference terrain for the course to go over and placeholders for the size/scale of cars, I could setup something pretty quick as an example.

Here’s a quick example in regards to my previous post.

Just modify and edit the path in that file, and the road follows. As you see, the setup is pretty simple. Also note it works best with plane meshes and solidify, if you use solid meshes - you’ll have odd issues with scaling where the path radius widens or narrows.

I could also do a track or two if you really need it (just post a .blend with the terrain to go over), but do show this trick to your other modelers.

Here’s another one. Still more that could be done, but some details are a little more tricky this time.

Bump. McJob(Head Coder) is working on working on redoing all of the code the dropped out coder’s (BlueToothBoy(I don’t think I’ve mentioned him)) code completely replaced.
Quote from McJob:
“Working on getting some of the stuff into a new project since the files I got are basically unusable in their current state. Progress is a bit slow because of how the networking stuff is weaved in.”

The modeler that we did have(from this site) dropped out, so I am compelled to bump this topic for another chance on modelers. If you are interested, here is some contact stuff:
