Does anybody know if there is an easy way to apply a cartoon effect (such as this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WXV06M1Qzlo) over a video clip in the VSE? An addon would be perfect, a tutorial would do it as well (I haven’t been able to find any for Blender so far).
