I can do it manually but I have dozens of models to UV unwrap and finishing one take days for me.
I don’t think you’ll find anything that can accurately determine how you would want a complex model unwrapped (though there’s some unfolding algorithms nowadays that are pretty good at avoiding errors with minimal seam placement).
If a single model is taking you days to unwrap, then it might be a matter of just learning how to take full advantage of the tools at hand (how to do seam placement, how to use pinning and live unwrapping, how to perform stitching operations, ect…).
