Self governing systems, like blender development, or even blender artists.

Wikipedia is a voluntary organization dedicated to the noble goal of decentralized knowledge creation. But as the community has evolved over time, it has wandered further and further from its early egalitarian ideals, according to a new paper published in the journal Future Internet. In fact, such systems usually end up looking a lot like 20th century bureaucracies.

That is research about Wikipedia. I have no idea how you want to draw direct conclusions for Blender or a Blender forum out of it.

That is why death/recycling/revolution is a must to keep the system/organism healthy, adapting and evolving
… and why we all must strive to be strong not to fail under the influence of fear and class inequality of social structures/hierarchies.

That’s the case for the one that we have been living under for the past 10,000 years; but it’s not really a natural rule. Civilization disconnects us from nature in an “out of sight, out of mind” fashion. This produces entropy to the point of not only extinction (end of humans on Earth) risk but also existential (end of complex life on Earth) risk. The reason that civilization is subject to cyclic failure is because it’s incoherent with respect to natural processes. It is also because of natural axioms; but not in the way that you have expressed. What is happening is, entropy is being normalized. The rapid intellectual development of early humans produced the entropy. The outcome will be either favorable or unfavorable for humans. We will either find our niche’ and coordinate with the overarching natural systems or we will become abruptly extinct. Extinction is going to happen anyway; in millions of years, through evolutionary transcendence. This doesn’t mean that an advancing societies are necessarily subject to crisis cycles. Ours however is.

The issue with Egalitarian models tend to be due to natural distributions. One size never fits all.

Except that of an electron :stuck_out_tongue:

And i consider ‘death/recycle/revolve’ not as ‘cycle’ but a string, as part of an existence, as a forwarding onto next iteration.
On the Egalitarian model i perceive it more of an ideal - equality to choose, a chaotic function.
It’s all in the seed.

Strings do not represent the interactions of natural systems. Complex feedback loops are the observation. This is the case in classical and quantum mechanics. Linear causation is a product of perception that is demonstrably false. This has the same implication with choice as well.

Entropy, Normalization, Novelty, Long Normal. Rinse Repeat.

Strong belief for a mere theory. Keep the faith.
So how can ever present exception be even when nothing is?

What ever.
