I completely understand having to mod the forum to keep spam out and that when you have to approve posts you will get around to it when you get around to it. With moderated posts though… do you notify the user if you are not going to allow the post?

Most posts get approved. The ones that aren’t approved are usually spam or duplicates made by the same person (in this case, one will be approved and the rest deleted).
If a thread is posted in the wrong section and we catch it, we’ll move the thread and usually PM the user about the move.
