Hi! I used to use blender on this computer before I wiped it’s hard drive. I’ve since downloaded all of the drivers and everything and have been using it to play games and use other software such as Photoshop. When I try to start blender I receive an error every time. I’ve tried many versions, both new and old, and all provide the same result.
The command prompt that appears before Blender starts is completely empty.
This occurs when using the program contained in C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender as well as through ZIP files of the same version.
I then ran the executable through command prompt with debug and this message appeared.
I have installed the C++ Redistributable as the Blender download page suggests, and that did not work either.
System:
OS: Windows 10 Home Edition x64
Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 4600 (Not an incredible card, maybe causing problem?)
RAM: 8GB
Processor: Intel i7-2600K
If anyone needs more information I’ll happily provide. I’ve been surfing the web trying a multitude of different things for several hours, and have yet to find a solution. Thanks in advance!
