Luxrender Cannot find pyylux, or pyluxcore

I have triple checked that both pylux.pyd and pylucore.pyd are in the directory that it is checking, and they are, but for some reason blender cannot find them, and instead sends these errors to the console.

Again, I am sure that both the files are in the directory, but it still returns these errors. I have searched all over the internet, and while a lot of people have similar problems, none of their solutions worked.

System specs:
Windows 10 x64 home
I7 6700k
Nvidia Gtx 970

I don’t maintain lux windows ( linux only now ), but know there is a
solution as many ppl work with this setup. Better go to lux forum directly.
