Hi!
I'm making this survey to have a glimpse of the BA community interest in see yet another "furry" and cute short animation, but this time from me... so, putting it simple, here we go:

Do you want to know the story of these guys? (click here to see them)

It will run for 2 months and, like always, I encourage everyone to please be extremely honest... you see it, your brain has a reaction to it and you click the answer
In my signature is the link for my previous short animation.
I'll be very thankful if some of you can spare a little of your time to vote.
Thanks for the already given attention!

Thanks for the comments and votes everyone!
If ever done it will be about limitations and how to work around them
Although the characters look childish the story is mature in psychology and philosophy.

Always a fan of your work Rogper.
Love the character designs as well, especially Shar with his/her big detailed sneakers.

Go for it

I saw Orion Tear, and its very good, although I think it should have been in portugese (with subtitles) and the story needs to be a little bit more descriptive to the audience, specially at the end, what is the reason for the angel to kill if their victims are already dying? It creates appeal to the characters to know those details.

Obviously all that is in the past, still I hope that you can post a synopsis of your new work in progress and that we can participate with some input on the story.

I am not sure but the characters look like they are too cute, all more difficult to convey a "serious" story with them. I voted yes

Saludos!

I like the first characher, the second two are well done, but I don't see a personality in them. I'm sure you can convey that with the animation though.
It's going to run for 2 months you say? That's a long feature =P

He asked for honesty and not support.

Then again. A movie about blue aliens is the most watched movie in the world right now. I don't think James Cameron listened to anyone. Cause if he did then there wouldn't be a movie. Same thing about the first star wars movie.

I don't like polls like this cause that could hinder a person dream. Worst sin of all if you ask me.

@pajo
Thanks Pajo!

@Eliutbb
Thanks!
Orion Tear didn't pass the story has I would like, or at least not that clearly (limitations, limitations ) My idea was that the Angels don't kill anyone, when persons are dying they end their life, not because they are "bad guys" but because it is their job... if no one died soon all the planet resources wold be consumed and everyone would die including the planet itself.
Orion Tear Angels of Death are persons that make sure Life never ends Their actually the "good guys"... or at least that was what I intended to pass...

Fortunately this one is like big buck bunny, no talk and the story is easier to read (according my definition of easier) and I think all the Starving Artists will like it very much as well all the persons that have a dream and feel that can't accomplish it doe to all the limitations that life imposes to us all
It's hard to explain, but they need to be reaaly cute for this to work :P
Thanks once again!

@Asano:
I'm planing to have them emotional and expressive to a level of making a Judge cry... Hummm ok ok a grown man cry :P

@spacetug
I have to say that you just gave the best answer I or any director in the world could wish for thank you very much!

@AD-Edge and bigbad:
Thanks AD-Edge for the support, and I agree with you bigbad in every word you said.
I still don't know if I'll do it or don't, but this survey will not influence much my decision.
I just want to see how people honestly respond to the characters, so that I can adapt the story accordingly

...So it's important that you keep responding honestly, I thank a yes or a no exactly in the same way and btw... this aint the final design of the characters, they may change... a little

Thanks once again everyone!

you shouldn't have posted a poll, you should have just gone for it. Seriously trying to get people to share a vision of something thye know little about can result in them been negative about something that could be awesome if finished.

Creativity shouldn't be about design by commite it should be just about bring your vision to the screen.

There is no money to be made in making short films, zap zero, nada. You have no one finiacing your short so in a way you are free to make extremely bold choices that most directors who have money people breathing down their neck would bulk at.

make the movie you want to make and screw what anyone else thinks its your blood and sweat going into this after all.

you have some very cool characters already so this should be interesting

@tyrant monkey:
Thanks!
I agree with you, but asking usually doesn't hurt ...but yeah it's like someone said:
"If everyone agreed with you someone already have done it"
