Is there some way of organizing this list to make it a little more user friendly?

Sorry to moan.

I just passed 10,000 views of my video tutorials on vimeo, so I will reluctantly add them here in the hopes that someone might find them useful. Look up PapaSmurf on Vimeo. I have them arranged into Albums:

Compositing: Introduction
Formats and Channels
Conversion and Distortion
Special Effects

Together, they're about 3 hours of instruction on compositing and editing using nodes and the VSE. I am asking for a small donation if you like them thru my website/paypal. which also describes each video. Hope it helps someone use Blender!

Dykam has created a channel to bundle up videotutorials on vimeo
Take a look at http://www.vimeo.com/BlenderTuts
If you know of any videotutorials on vimeo that are not in this channel yet and are still applicable to the current blender version please contact one of the moderators or use the shoutbox in the channel.

Looks like there's a load of good stuff, but a lot of it on youtube, which is no good to me. I don't have internet at home, and only have limited access, so don't like to use it viewing videos. Problem is, I don't think youtube lets you download to view later (unless they've changed that since I last looked?) Much better to put videos onto VIMEO which does allow download. Then I can get them, convert to PAL resolution (if they aren't already) and view on my stand-alone DVD player (which will play raw mpg files or divx files - but the resolution has to be right). I find this much better than watching video on a computer - maybe because I'm further from the screen...
