Hi!, its time we update - this page - at blender.org
I'm looking for new eye candy filled screenshots following these guidelines: - Take a look at the current images - Try to not waste much space in blank areas or empty 3d view zones - You are free to use any theme or icon set you want - Try to stick to some area of blender on each screenshot, for example if you are showing hair rendering you could have the particle panels in some button window, a render of the particles in some image window, and a 3d view of particle mode - if posible save as png files with no scaling (I do the scaling and recompressing) Please send images at zanqdo@gmail.com |

I'm sorry to seem negative, but doesn't the education and help portion of the website need more attention?

What about teh work from AD and Peach and Apricote ???
I think those are very professional results and will work well on the feature side. from bone to fur and rendering they offer many areas to showcase

cekuhnen: Thats a good idea. I am sure the Peach team has much stuff they can release on their website.
But maybe it's a bit boring to show only pictures from these projects. Scenes and models from other users help to show how flexible Blender is. Not just Rabbits and Rodents .But it's a good idea. (sorry for bad english) DingTo |

I would not vote for having all images for features from them but a decent set about the most important features in Blender.
I think this gives the work the quality and the website the convincing value Blender still does not have when you promote it. Often people did not hear about it and want to see visuals. I started to make many renderings and scene files here on my own tailored to Industrial Design people. But I think there is plenty of work left to be shown also as technical examples. The dev log pages seem to be a good resource for that in my opinion.
