Pardon my English is not good!
Is there som way you can save your "movments", so you can use them over
and over again insted of keyframe animate everything, and are there any
way you can use the main movement as a pattern, and change it in some way?
I know that pro studios has done this, and i gues that it is doeable in Blender

When you animate an object, an "IPO" is created, which is a "collection" of the animation for that object.

After animating an object , Open an IPO window and you'll see a dropdown box with the name of the IPO.

(You can use the preset Screen Setup "SR-1 Animation" from the top Screens dropdown which has the screen already split up for you).

If you then add another object, (un animated) you can select any other animatied IPO's from the dropdown, you can then press the "F" and "number" buttons beside the IPO to make the IPO "single user" (unique copy) and modify the IPO curve from there.

You can also use the NLA editor to add "strips" of Actions (which are collections of IPOS'. Multiple strips can be added / mixed / resized.

IPO curves can also have their "extend mode" set to "cyclic" (to repeat) and other modes are also possible.

What exactly are you trying to do ?
