A small something I started this morning.
I used this as a very general reference:
http://us.media.blizzard.com/starcra...twork/ss12.jpg

This is what I have so far:

I'm planning to repose him, and maybe (and only maybe) add a few hydralisks somewhere.

You say you did that in one morning??? Damn that's fast, but good!!
I can't wait until Starcraft II comes out!!

Dang, now that I've seen that, I have to make something now, like a hydralisk, or the new baneling.

thanks,
bib_thebuilder: you want a wireframe of the entire body? it's not a single mesh, so it's kind of a problem
LazyCoder: since morning... when I posted this, it was after midnight here

Update:
a very short animation with no raytracing:
http://sijp.no-ip.info/anim1_zealot.mp4
(anyone knows of a good site which allows uploading animations as well, without registering?)

I don't know if I will proceed in this direction. It's my first time trying to understand the animation system in blender.

I really don't know of one that you can do without registering. So I just use photobucket to do mine! You do have to register but it is very easy to do so. Enjoy!

I really don't know of one that you can do without registering. But youtube does require registering before uploading anything. So I just use photobucket to do mine! You do have to register but it is very easy to do so. Enjoy!

Edit: Sorry about the double post. I hit the stop button and added something else. Mods can just delete the one before this on if they want to. Sorry!

thanks,
about photobucket, it seems I cannot upload videos to it. It happily informs me the video was uploaded, but it is nowhere to be seen. The system say I have no videos. uploading images works...

anyway, here is another video, this time just a bit longer:

update:
http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...33995197308369
(I think it's better than youtube for this, because you can download the original video)

Added an attack action.
Made the hair softbody.

I think I will have to add some hydra's. maybe I will make a short clip after all... I'm begining to like this...
