Well, this is starting to get annoying. I just recently got a Radeon 9800 pro, and I cannot use newer realeases of blender worth crap. Blender 2.23 works fine, but if I want to use any of the newer releases (2.28+) then I am screwed because I get some weird slowdown after extended use(Eventually it takes 3 or 4 seconds to refresh after an action).
Anyways, I have heard through the grapevine that there is a version of the ATI Catalyst drivers that is old enough/broken enough not to have this weird problem. If anyone could direct me to some drivers/a fix for this problem I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks for any help.
