Looks great. What’s the node setup for that procedural camo? Is it just some Voronoi?

Thanks. Yes, the camo is just a procedural voronoi texture. I am trying to figure out how to go about texturing the ship with scratches and dirt etc.

The thruster effect is actually just a mesh cone subdivided a few times with a displacement modifier and a fancy node setup.

Here is his page of resources from his blog, I suggest anyone serious with texturing and Cycles get familiar with his work, he worked on some important stuff like Tears of Steel and the Tube project. A freaking texturing hero.

I disagree, I really like the green of the alien, depending on the type of game its aimed it, e.g if its gonna a alien hominid-ish mood game I think adarker green alien would have looked to serious.
