Sorry to keep posting, but I have a little advice that might help. Avoid using alpha. It kills the framerate. Use clip alpha instead. And if you do use alpha, sort it. There is a button in the same panel along with alpha.

Guys, this is kind of old. I still have the files, but I don’t know how to setup it. If you want to play the game, download Blender 2.49b and download the .blend of the game. Also, I have a link on the first post that gives you the correct patched version of Blender to hear the .ogg sounds.
