That would be great! I don’t know why such a Sun & Sky feature hasn’t been natively integrated inside Blender Cycles. Just curious.

Hi Eugenio, I do hope you’re still willing to repair or rewrite this extremely useful add-on. Unfortunately, even my last fix for Blender 2.80 seems now broken with Blender 2.83 alpha. Looking forward to hear from you with interest. Kind regards.

Interesting, with today’s build [hash: eaf0528749c8] the add-on is working again, so my fix seems still valid.
