Seperate Body and Face cage Deformer

Hi,
I am thinking about using Cage deformer and Body deformer in the rig. Until now, I have found face rig setups with joints, blendshape and bendy bones. I would like to know in advance if it is worth going in this direction? Some tips and do’s/don’ts will be nice to know.

I wouldn’t recommend it. With bones you have better control over how they deform and influence certain vertices whereas cage deformers work simliar to lattices.
