Wet Shoes – Realistic Lighting in Blender

Amazing as awlays, I follow your YouTube channel very helpful!

looks like ankle boots:evilgrin::evilgrin:

Im gonna have to just start taking photos and calling them Blender. DONT ASK FOR BLEND FILES or im buggered :stuck_out_tongue:

Such a great render… Beautiful!

Truly, the only thing that “gives the game away” in thsi render is the [Cycles …] renderer’s present tendency to “over-light” areas which seem to exceed some internal lighting-level threshhold, as can quite-plainly be seen on the tongue of the bottom-most (front …) shoe. (It appears to be covered by some kind of too-bright webbing …)

Nevertheless, a wonderfully intricate and otherwise-believable model.

Wow i bet that took you a looong time!

Looks soooo goood…

Awesome job The realism is fantastic.

Superb! Brilliant work, the level of realism is amazing:)

Now that’s art, right there…

Awesome lighting.

Great work! I often wonder how you come up with your ideas. I wish I had some of these … I have now been watching some of your Youtube videos. Maybe that helps!

Such an incredible effort. This level of attention is inspiring! I’ve seen some of your tutorials, but this is next level stuff!

Absolutely stunning, this is one of the best rendered images I’ve seen!

It looks really good. And I agree with some of the comments about the red shoes though. But overall, it’s a great render.

just…wow.

Good work!!

Fantastic job!!

Great work on the wet effect, making things look wet in 3D is one of the most difficult things to do.

Wow, nice.
