Very well done and original! My only critique (coming from a Blender newbie, mind you) is with believability, and in particular the randomly placed stitches, If you assume the guy had brain and organ transplants it wouldn’t make sense to cut him at those places. It also seem like Frankenstein has done a poor job with the stitching itself. Being a doctor and all, he should have done better. The wounds are really well done though, like everything else.

This is a masterpiece of understatement, from the lack of intense gore to the dead-eyed look in his face. Even the muted colors go a long way toward making this look like a photo from a Victorian nightmare.
