bring it all together

Hello, i know how to use shape keys, i know how to use armatures, i know how to use ipo drivers and the nla editor, but i can not find a tutorial that explains how to put it all together.
How to mix shape keys with armatures etc etc etc.?
any suggestion?

that link isn´t working but i ve already seen that tutorial.
i m looking for some tut that doesn´t create the model as a single mesh, i wanna have the head and the body independents, and that adds a lot of complexity to the animation methods cuz u hafta move a lo of things at the same time and in different objects…
all the tutorials creates the models as a single mesh, i d like to do something different.

Which is why most people don’t do it that way unless they have to.

maybe cause those are the only methods that has tutorials???

i ve heard a lot of people recommending to keep separated the head mesh (with expressions through shapekeys or lattiecie) to the body and it seems logical cuz otherwise u are making shapekeys for the whole body when you only need to modify the face…
