Master Bone and Knee Joints

I am trying to get my knees to act as the should, i have folowed the BSOD introduction to animtation and rigging tutorial, but when i make the ‘lowerleg’ child of ‘Master’ i get a new bone added, which is not what i want.
Anyone got any ideas?

Hi Rubix92, unclick the connect button before parenting. I suspect it’s not a new bone being created, but the bone getting bigger because it snaps to the root of the master. Hope that helps…
