Rotating camera to watch my house

Hi.
I have built a model of my apartment (only walls and floor, no roof) and everything’s ok.
Now, I would need a moving camera at a certain distance upon this model, so that when I start the animation with ‘P’ button, I could move this camera following a circular path (and maybe zooming closer/farther) to watch my house from different points of view.
How could I do that? Is there some tutorial about (I’ve not found yet)?

I don’t remember where I saw it, but I once saw a tip or tutorial describing that exact situation. Place an empty at the center of your circle and parent your camera to that empty. Now rotate your empty and the camera will follow a circular path. You can then move your camera around in it’s local space to move in and out and up and down.
