Is there a way to select a group of bone so as to key all the bones. ex i create a group of bones called “main”. but i can t find any option so as to select main and keyframe all of it s components.

In the pose mode, you can press B on the 3D View and select an area of Bones.
If you have them grouped in the Action Editor, Ctrl-Shift-Select the group name and all channels (and those bones) will be selected.
I was more looking for the kind of solution of Harkyman. but thanks to both of you. i try that
