    This script is definitely an improvement over the old way of making tube growing animations but it still does not solve my tube growing problem which I have asked here:

    I explain there that I am seeking a method that will allow me to grow a tube but have a custom mesh head at the growing end. Right now all we are able to do is have a very sharp taper point at the growth tip. Is there a way to add a custom growth head mesh to growing tubes?

    hi, you can also try curve modifier on a capsule or some other shape...

    new start / end bevel factor is nice and simple even if you can do that kind of things yet
