I noticed some options under the bones’ names in the object panel : “Skinnable” is the default option, but there are many others like “Foot”, “Leg”, etc. What’s the point in them ?
They were to be used for a new anathomically aware skinning system which isn’t completed. They all act as Skinnalbe (IIRC). Except for Unskinnable, of course.
That’s why nothing happened when I chose any option ! Hope it soon works, 'cause I’ve just seen how Maya works, and some very useful options around armature’s animation are still missing in Blender ! I’m jealous…
