Open .P3D files with Blender

hey everyone,
I would like to know how to open .p3d files with blender. I know for sure that it’s possible, but how.
A program to convert link would be much appreciated.

So i should be fine if i download this http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=20519 and use the import/export tool to open P3D.
