Hi,

I found an old thread which is about what I am looking for.

There is also a link of short example and it shows exactly what I need.

But the script (megabool) is for blender 2.4x and my blender 2.69 doesnt recognize that script in addons directory.

Does anybody know if it is possible to get this script work for latest blender version?
Or is there any other script which can provide functionality what that example(mbanim0001_0120.avi) shows?

You can try a boolean modifier set to intersect and use a cuboid as target object. Set the maximum draw type to wire for the cuboid and change material to wire.

You should definately try the 2.70 testbuild with better CARVE integration, there’s a lot of flickering in 2.69 with this method…

Yes, boolean modifier can really achieve what I was looking for.
And I will also check that 2.70 testbuild.
