Wings3d or Sketchup file format?

Does anyone knows about the Sketchup file format?
Or Wings3d?

I’m searching for documentation about a file format that can suport isolated edges and faces with more than 4 edges (and maybe materials and textures)

There is an import and export script for wings3d and nendo. Check your scripts directory.
