auto rvk movement

Hey,

Could someone please post a simple script to show me how to say- move some rvks automatically when I move another object? So I move a cube and the rvks on a sphere move in relation to the cube? Is it possible to get realtime feed back or not?

Plus-- how could I also automatically make the material settings change when I move an object?
