MotionCapture rigging.

Hello.

Im a guy who has been using blender for quite some time (about 6 months or so. Though i only use it occasionally) Im currently working on a shortfilm school project. Im sitting with an already made character and i have downloaded a bunch of motioncapture animations. How would i apply them to my character? My character already has a simple bone armature. But the motion capture animations use a very complicated armature.

There are tons of motion capture data available for use from Internet. For Blender .bvh file format is used. And yes the rigging must follow set construction.
