Select bones on active frame?

I really, really hate that there isn’t an option to flip the bones on a group of selected keyframes. That would make animating things like walkcycles so much easier. x.x

But blender doesn’t do that.

So I was hoping that there might be an option to select all of the keyed bones on a specific keyframe. That would make it easier for me to go through and copy/paste-flipped bones.
