i’ve seen threads, and i’ve tried them, but none of them seem to really import thing accurately, there seems to be a problem everytime…
is there an official way to import .DXF files into blender?
thankyou

Not sure what you mean by ‘official’ and why such a thing would be better than an ‘unofficial’ importer but there is http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Extensions:2.6/Py/Scripts/Import-Export/DXF_Importer which comes with the blender install
or https://bitbucket.org/treyerl/io_import_scene_dxf/overview
Also don’t expect importers/exporters to always support all features of that file format or that exteryting is converted without issues that need fixing
oh, sorry, i said the wrong things, too tired trying to figure it out…
i already know that i can import using the .dxf add-on importer
but nothing works, everytime i try to import, it just either doesn’t import any objects, or the list comes up, but no mesh, just [plane] axes…
here’s the file, if you can import it into blender; then GREAT!!
cuz i’ve having a tough time doing so…
