I occasionally muck about with Blender and create… things. I’m going to stick them in this thread once the’re done so I can collate them.
I call these things RUPTURES. This one is number 9. They take about 10 minutes to make using only modifiers from a cube and I find them therapeutic to create.
Most recent RUPTURE. I was trying to learn how to record my Blender sessions using Open Broadcaster Software, but the recording failed. I’m going to have to read the instructions.
Oooh, nice work. Love the Rupture ones.
Number 7 looks like it would make a nice texture for a Spiderman model.
Last year, I made a Blender render every day for 100 days. It accelerated my learning and taught me the basics of using Blender. Plus, it was fun. There’s something to creating small and quick (<2 hours) ideas and just putting them out there. It was an idea from Paul McManus who had recently done a render a day project using Blender.
That’s why I’ve started doing it again with my #everydays project. Like Beeple I’m going to be making a render a day for the forseeable future to up my Blender game.
If you’re interested then please follow me along my journey. Advice is always appreciated. Also, please let me know if you plan on doing your own #everydays project and I’ll come along and support you.
I love the render a day idea. Makes for some interesting stuff! Keep at it.
Haha, thats how I feel about rub cubes!
Nice render.
