    hi Nutti,

    no i was in edit mode, updated to the 4.4 version, still got no luck on the World Scale UV, same error message.
    i have no clue why it happens. I am using 2.79 RC2 now.

    Copy/Paste uv islands has annoying problem it should not give that result with stretch but identical stacked uv maps https://i.imgur.com/0C6OWKN.gifv

    Hi,


    I think that index ordering does not match between copied islands and pasted islands.
    if you want to copy/paste UV among islands whose index ordering does not match, you can try to use Transfer UV instead.

    You download blender 2.79 and it comes pre installed you just need to activate if from addon menu. (ctrl+alt+u)

    Released Magic UV v4.5.

    This release updates things as follows.

    1. Add feature
    - UVW Map
    2. Improve feature Preserve UV Aspect
    - Add option: Aspect Origin
    3. Fixed bugs
    4. Merge change set of Blender's official repository

    Thanks for the update. I was wondering one feature that could be useful in unwrapping, in 3d view you could hit shift+s to move 3d cursor in centrer of 3d space etc, what if this same command would work inside uv editor you could quickly place your 3d cursor to corners of uv space or in selected vertice, middle of faces etc?

    at first, is this a feature request?

    and, is shift+s correct? i think shift+c is a correct key.
    my understanding, this is a feature that the cursor in UV Editor moves to left bottom.

    Yep its a feature request that user could fast move 3d cursor to the left bottom, since that's where we usually scale our islands. I tried shift+c but it doesnt do this for me some reason?

    It would be a simple shortcut add, perhaps make 2 options set cursor to [0,0] and center UV mesh. lile in 3dviewport

    I have not get your request yet.
    I think that you can move cursor location from Property panel in UV/Image Editor.
    if there is same feature in Blender, i would not like to develop because Blender official repository must not contain a feature booster.

    if I misunderstand your request, please tell me.

    I think he means something like this. I did some fiddeling.

    This code sets cursor to center of texture, i believe he asking for that. Get rid of the extra items, this is for a different render engine i use.

    Well im busy with it, why not expand it. Perhaps a complete panel with 9 options??? I got 5 working already
