These are based on the x.1 versions, but have no shading on the controls.

I did more fine-tuning throughout the theme.

Additional change in 2.x versions only:
I replaced the files in posts #9 and #10 with these updates using the same version numbers.
Changes:
I replaced the files in posts #9 and #10 with these updates.
The reason for doing this is because higher version numbers could be confusing.
I like the simplicity of these version numbers:
This version is for those of you who want to take an extra step to get closer to the look of Painter 2.
You will need to disable text anti-aliasing and load the system font that Painter uses.
The value of the text in Painter is darker when used in Blender because of anti-aliasing which blurs
the edges with the background. To make the other versions look correct I had to use a lighter value.
For this version, the exact value is used and the shadows are removed.
In “User Preferences”, select the System tab and uncheck “Text Anti-aliasing”.
Click the button next to “Interface Font”, open the Windows Fonts folder and select “tahoma.ttf”.
I don’t know what font is used on Mac and Linux.
Click “Save User Settings” if you want to keep these settings.

Vray nice please keep update.
Great theme, I’ve been wanting to do a Substance theme myself, I guess I don’t have to anymore, thanks a lot.
Pretty nice but the orange selection color feels like its out of place, I recommend to try to change those with the same bright cyan thats constant in theme overal.
Thank you for your comments dhh, jpthrash and fiendish55.
I haven’t checked this thread for a while, which is why I haven’t replied until now.
fiendish55, thanks for that suggestion. Those changes make it look much better.
That inspired me to change most of the colors throughout the theme.
I also increased the size of the Panel Titles.

I welcome more suggestions to improve it.
