Nice job! I would recommend using some variation roughness maps to the shiny parts. Doesn’t have to be drastic but needs just a little. Personally I would try to aim for that concave dip going along in the chair like your reference. It will add more contrast your edges. Not sure if you are aiming for a match but you could do a bit more sculpting in the leather parts. Be sure to find good sculpting references for leather pulling and bunching.
